How can i get promoted to Silver?

what is fraud check and why is it done?

 

Each member after submitting an application for making contributions, should press "contribution will confirmation" - 10% of the amount claimed by you, by clicking button “send” (red color on the page). Participant will get following orders within a few days after his contribution of 10% will be confirmed as received.The system will set contribution %, only after receiving party will confirm contribution.

If a participant didn’t contribute as requested by the system, his account will be suspended without the right to recover. His personal test fee in amount of 10 % will be canceled for the benefit of the community.There are no "Application cancellation". I have through Bitcoin for test fee 10%, but its unconfirmed . What should I do?

What does it mean colorful rectangles in referral structure?
